Leandros Mavrommatis
Leandros Mavrommatis is the visionary founder behind BRE Consultancy. With over two decades of local real estate and legal experience in Cyprus, he brings a deep understanding of the country, its property landscape, and the practical realities of building a life here.
His approach is built around trust, transparency, and personal connection. Leandros believes that every relocation is different, and that the right guidance begins with listening — understanding each client’s circumstances, priorities, family, and long-term ambitions before recommending a path forward.
Through BRE, his vision is to create a relocation experience that feels clear, calm, organised, and genuinely personal. Rather than simply helping people move, he focuses on helping them understand Cyprus, make confident decisions, and ultimately feel at home.
From the first conversation through to settling into life in Cyprus, Leandros provides a steady, experienced point of guidance — combining professional expertise with a personal commitment to doing things properly.
“For me, relocation is about people, not just process.”
Our Approach
Personal
Every relocation is different. We take the time to understand your circumstances, priorities, family and goals, creating a tailored experience rather than a one-size-fits-all service.
Practical
We focus on what matters in real life — providing clear, useful guidance on housing, schools, neighbourhoods, immigration and the practicalities of settling into Cyprus.
Transparent
Clear communication and honest advice are at the heart of what we do. We believe you should always understand your options, the process, and what comes next.
Professional
With local expertise, experience and attention to detail, we provide a structured and dependable service from your first decision through to feeling truly settled.
